Funeral Home: Hardy & Son Funeral Home, Bowling Green Chapel
Jessie Lowe Martin, 88, of Bowling Green, died Tuesday, Jan. 8, 2013, at The Medical Center at Bowling Green.
The Warren County native was a daughter of the late Hershel Lowe and Ena Johnson Lowe, the wife of the late James “J.C.” Martin and was preceded in death by a brother, Robert Lowe; and a sister, Kate Carrier. She was a devoted member of Eastside Church of Christ and a homemaker.
Survivors include several nieces and nephews, Brenda Leeman (Wayne), Richard Lowe (Judy), Randall Lowe, Michael Carrier (Karen), Paula Carrier, Judy Smith (Jimmy), Noel Dean Hill, Joe Hill (Mygolys), H.G. Spinks (Kathy), Jeanette Driver (Clifton), Shirley Stiles (Billy) and Patricia Brewer (Kenny); and two sisters-in-law, Hazel Hill and Diana Lowe.
Funeral service is at 11 a.m. Friday at Hardy & Son Funeral Home, Bowling Green Chapel, with burial in Smiths Grove Cemetery. Visitation is from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
