Ronnie Darryl Thomas, 60, of Smiths Grove, entered into eternal rest Tuesday, Jan. 8, 2013, at The Medical Center in Bowling Green.
A native of Warren County, he was the son of the late Rondell Boyd Thomas and Norma Crowe Thomas Hoehler, who survives him. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Ernest and Elizabeth Crowe; paternal grandparents, Basil and Tessie Thomas; and stepfather, Emil G. Hoehler.
Ronnie is survived by his daughters, Angie Thomas Wilk of Portland, Tenn., and Kati Michelle Deel Thomas and Stacey Rae Thomas, both of Bowling Green; stepdaughter, Codie Davis of Smiths Grove; three sisters, Risa Thompson (Kevin), Robin Thomas and Rebecca “John” Sims (Gary), all of Bowling Green; two stepsisters, Susan Keller of Kettering, Ohio, and Ann Fairfax of Carmel, Ind.; four stepbrothers, Glenn Hoehler (Kay), Stephen Hoehler (Janet), Thomas Hoehler (Pam) and Daniel Hoehler, all of Louisville; a granddaughter, Morgan Grace Wilk; Rose Davis Thomas; and several aunts, uncles, nephews, a niece, cousins, a great-niece and great-nephews.
Ronnie was a self-employed dairy farmer and attended Hillvue Heights Church in Bowling Green.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Friday at J.C. Kirby & Son Lovers Lane Chapel, with Pastor Steve Ayers officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery. Visitation is from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday and from 10 a.m. Friday until the funeral at 1 p.m.
