Jeremy Shea Wardlow was born March 22, 1979, in Warren County. He departed this life on Jan. 11, 2013, as the result of an automobile accident in Bowling Green.
He was a member of Oakland Mount Zion Baptist Church. He was a graduate of Warren Central High School and attended Western Kentucky University and Full Sail University in Winter Park, Fla.
Jeremy leaves to mourn his passing and cherish precious memories his parents, Edward and Eunice Wardlow; a sister and brother-in-law, Myra Wardlow Rountree (Antonio) of Olive Branch, Miss.; grandmother, Beatrice Shobe of Oakland; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives, many friends and his church family. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Othel “Pip” Wardlow, Hortense Wardlow and Alexander Hannibal Shobe.
Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Oakland Mount Zion Baptist Church, with burial in Plainview Cemetery. Visitation is from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday at Gatewood and Sons Funeral Chapel and then continues at the church from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.
