Funeral Home: J.C. Kirby & Son Lovers Lane Chapel
Mary Elizabeth Hatcher, 85, of Bowling Green, passed away Tuesday, Jan. 22, 2013, at 2:25 a.m. at Magnolia Village.
She is the daughter of the late Claude Cleveland Hunton and Mary Bell Hunton. She was a member at Calvary Baptist Church and retired from the cafeteria at Holley Carburetor as a clerk and a cook.
Her wishes were to have a graveside service with no funeral or visitation. Graveside service and burial will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Bowling Green Gardens, beside the funeral home on Lovers Lane.
Survivors include a daughter, Pat Hendrick and her husband, Tommy, of Bowling Green; a sister, Norma Jean Baird of Owensboro; a brother, William Hunton “Billy” and his wife, Carolyn, of Louisville; a grandson, Patrick Hendrick of Munfordville; seven great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her late husband, John Thomas Hatcher; four sisters; and three brothers.
