David Beliles, 56, of Morgantown, entered into eternal rest at 1:12 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 24, 2013, after spending 22 days with family at his bedside while he passed away from a brief battle with cancer.
David was born in Butler County on May 31, 1956, to the late Orville and Laura West Beliles and was also preceded in death by a sister, Barbara Beliles Hunt; and a brother, Randell Beliles. He worked for many years in construction and plumbing. He loved his family, hunting, fishing, University of Kentucky basketball and his yorkie, Cali.
David is survived by his brother, Hayward Beliles of Bowling Green; two nieces, Sharon Jones and her husband, James, and Nanette Vincent and her husband, Gus; two nephews, Chelcey Jenkins and his wife, Deanna, and Jim Hunt and his wife, Michele; six great-nephews, Christopher, Josh, Tyler, Trevor, Marcus and Kyle; and two great-nieces, Kelsey and Kayla.
All services are private at David’s request, and funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Jones Funeral Chapel.
