Donald Wayne Merideth, 59, of Munfordville, died Jan. 28, 2013, at his residence.

Funeral is at 1 p.m. Thursday at Brooks Funeral Home, with burial in Munfordville Municipal Cemetery. Visitation is from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Wednesday and is from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday.
