Deborah K. Schmucker Nichols, 51, of Bowling Green, passed away at 4:45 a.m. Monday, Jan. 28, 2013, at her residence.
The Canton, Ohio, native was born Oct. 22, 1961, to the late Robert J. Schmucker and is survived by her mother, Betty Miller Schmucker of Hartville, Ohio. Deborah was a member Hillvue Heights Church.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. today at J.C. Kirby and Son Broadway Chapel, with burial in Bowling Green Gardens. Visitation is in progress at the funeral home.
Survivors include her husband of 29 years, Gerald W. Nichols of Bowling Green; a daughter, Carissa M. Nichols; three sisters, Anna Oliver and her husband, Ralph, and Maggie Pendleton and her husband, Tim, all of Bowling Green, and Rose Rentz and her husband, Terry, of Canton, Ohio; four brothers, Robert L. Schmucker and his wife, Barbara, John W. Schmucker, Ronald R. Schmucker and his wife, Julie, and Donald D. Schmucker, all of Ohio; 11 nieces and nephews; 11 great-nieces and great-nephews; and two great-great-nephews, Ayden and Lucas.
