Bernice Key, 80, of Bowling Green, died Feb 2, 2013, in Bowling Green.
She was a daughter of the late Birtha and Ford Johnson. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James T. Key, and a son, David R. Key. She was a member of Unity General Baptist Church and was retired from Scott Tobacco Co.
Survivors include a son, Martin G. Key (Brenda) of Bowling Green; two sisters, Nellodean Willis and Patsy Miller, both of Riverside; four grandchildren, Jeremy, Tommy, Brandy and Amanda; 14 great-grandchildren; a great-great-granddaughter; and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Visitation is from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday at J.C. Kirby & Son, Broadway Chapel. Funeral services are at 10 a.m. Wednesday, with burial in Bowling Green Gardens.
