Tommy Russell, 69, of Hardyville, died Feb. 2, 2013, at a Hart County nursing home.

Funeral is at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Winn Funeral Home, with burial with full military honors by DAV Chapter No. 20 of Glasgow. Visitation is from noon to 8 p.m. Tuesday and begins at 9 a.m. Wednesday.
