Thomas Junior Phillips, 81, of Scottsville, died at 6:36 a.m. Feb. 10, 2013, at The Medical Center.

Funeral is at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Robert’s Tabernacle Church of God of Prophecy. Visitation is from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday and from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. Wednesday at Goad Funeral Home and begins at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the church.
