Kathy Elizabeth Cardwell, 60, of Bowling Green, died Feb. 15, 2013, at a Bowling Green nursing home.

Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Smith Funeral Home. Visitation is from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday and begins at 8 a.m. Monday at the funeral home.
