Frances Easley Rutledge, 92, of Bowling Green, passed away Friday, March 1, 2013, at Magnolia Village at 12:24 p.m. Frances was born in Butler County on Sept. 14, 1920. She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Rutledge; her parents, John Steven and Maude Sharer Easley; one brother, Douglas Easley; two sisters, Madeline Ellis and Estelle Miller; one nephew, Van Gray Ellis; and a niece, Glenda Houchens Rigdon.
Frances was a homemaker and member of Burton Memorial Baptist Church.
She is survived by one brother, Marvin Easley; three nephews, Mike Easley (Peggy) and Tim Easley (Lisa), all of Bowling Green, and Roger Ellis (Diana) of Hadley; and a niece, Freda Ellis of Hadley.
Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Monday at J.C. Kirby and Son Lovers Lane Chapel, with visitation at 11 a.m. until service time Monday. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery No. 2. Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of J.C. Kirby and Son Lovers Lane Chapel.
