Trilba Lorene Jarrett Phelps, 79, of Morgantown, died March 3, 2013, at Owensboro Regional Health Care in Owensboro.

Funeral is at noon Wednesday at Jones Funeral Chapel. Visitation begins at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday.
