Frances Brown Fleming, 92, of Franklin, entered into rest Tuesday, March 19, 2013, at 7:15 a.m. at Hopkins Care & Rehab Center in Woodburn.
Arrangements are under the direction of Booker-Gilbert Funeral Home, where services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday. Burial will be in Greenlawn Cemetery in Franklin.
A native of Simpson County, she was daughter of the late James Andrew Brown and the late Zula Estes Brown. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Davis Fleming, and a son, James D. “Jimmy” Fleming.
She is survived by a son, Kenneth Fleming (Nancy) of Franklin, Tenn.; a daughter-in-law, Linda Atwood Fleming of Franklin; a sister, Sara Pinson of Franklin; a brother, James A. Brown of Mitchellville, Tenn.; two grandchildren, Sonda Long of Murfreesboro, Tenn., and Dina Miller of Old Hickory, Tenn.; and two great-grandchildren, Lacey McDonald and Cassie Roberts.
Mrs. Fleming was a member of Franklin Church of Christ and a homemaker.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until funeral service time Thursday at Booker-Gilbert Funeral Home.
