BROWNSVILLE — Earline Davis, 86, of Bowling Green, passed away at 7:22 p.m. April 3, 2013, at her home.
The Edmonson County native was a homemaker and a member of Noah’s Chapel Church. She was a daughter of the late Edward Calvin Basham and Phlina Jane Dalton Basham. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Kenneth Lloyd Basham and Charles Edward Basham; and two sisters, Artie Johnson and Wanda Kinser Allen.
Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Gravil Funeral Home, with burial in Cub Creek Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. Friday, from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday and after 9 a.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
Surviving are her husband of 69 years, William Elbert Davis; two sons, Terry Davis (Matha) and Christy Joe Davis, both of Bowling Green; two daughters, Betty Woosley (David) and Debbie Jones (Howard Wayne), both of Roundhill; two sisters, Pauline Johns (Richard) of Brooks and Ola Wolfe (Richard) of Fairdale; 14 grandchildren, Kim Bullock, Mike Davis, Donna Woosley, James Davis, Craig Woosley, Pam Embry, Jeff Woosley, Hardie Jones, Terry Jones, Jenny Chavez, Jimbo Jones, Karen Gibson, Lelia Jones and Laura Jones; 42 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
