Jackie Rochelle Lowe, 75, of Alvaton, died at 7:02 p.m. April 23, 2013, at her residence.
She was born in Salem, Ore., on March 4, 1938. She was the daughter of the late Wallace P. and Frances I. Seguin. She was also preceded in death by her husband of 48 years, Rondal Wayne Lowe, who died Nov. 10, 2008. She was retired from the Kroger Deli. She also worked at Pushin’s Department Store and Tandy Faxon’s State Farm Insurance. She worked for the state of Oregon before moving to Bowling Green in 1962. She loved to fish, loved her animals and was a wonderful cook.
She is survived by three sons, Terry Lowe, and his wife, Pam, and Kelly Lowe and his wife, Kandie, both of Bowling Green, and Brad “Moochie” Lowe and his wife, Jennifer, of Lexington; a sister, Judith Heinrichs and her husband, Jerry, of Salem; grandchildren, Tony Adams (Valerie), Jason Fulton, T.J. Lowe and Elizabeth Lowe, all of Bowling Green, and Amelia and Makenzie Lowe of Lexington; and great-grandchildren, Tyler Adams, Sydnee Claypool, Griffin Carter, Aden Adams, Adysen Adams and Baden Carter.
Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. today and from noon to service time Friday. Funeral services will be at 2:30 p.m. Friday at J.C. Kirby & Son, Broadway Chapel, with entombment in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
Because of her love of animals, the family requests donations be made to the Bowling Green-Warren County Humane Society.
