Dora G. Navarro, 91, of Bowling Green, passed away at 8:25 a.m. Wednesday, May 1, 2013, at her residence.

She was born July 8, 1921, in Progresso, Honduras. She was preceded in death by her husband, Policarpo Navarro.

Dora attended St. Joseph Catholic Church in Bowling Green.

She is survived by three daughters, Dena Millis of Bowling Green, Dora Allen (Lynn) of Austin, Texas, and Rosa Navarro-Hoffman of Hawaii. Five grandchildren survive: Randall Allen, Nikki Allen, Katie Hastings, Natalie Hoffman and Kaila Millis, along with a great-grandson, Eli Hastings, and a special caregiver/friend, Maria Hernandez of Bowling Green.

Services will be held at Rose Hills Funeral Home in Whittier, Calif., with burial next to her late husband. Local arrangements have been entrusted to the care of J.C. Kirby & Son Lovers Lane Chapel.
