- 12 mushrooms-chop the stems
- 1/4 c. chopped onions
- 1/4 stick butter
- 1 crushed garlic clove
- 1 c. Italian bread crumbs
- 1/2 tsp paprika
1 tsp sage or poultry seasoning
- Chopped row chestnuts (optional)
- Sauté onions in butter and add chopped stems. Flavor with salt, pepper, paprika and sage. Add bread crumbs and chestnuts.
- Put into the mushroom caps and bake at 450 degrees for 10-15 minutes, or just until heated.
