- 1 lb boneless ham
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 large apples peeled, cored and quartered
- 1 1/2 c. apple jelly
- 3 sweet potatoes
- Cook sweet potatoes until almost tender. Cube the ham. Mix the jelly and the cinnamon. Toss the apples with the lemon juice.
- Thread the ham, potatoes and apples onto the skewers. Brush with the jelly mixture.
- Grill over hot coals for 10-15 min. brushing often with jelly mixture.
