- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (16 oz) loaf process cheese spread, cubed
- 2 jalapenos, seeded and chopped
- 1 (10 oz) can tomatoes with chilies, drained
- 2 (15.8 oz) cans black-eyed peas, drained
Sauté onion and garlic in margarine. Add cheese and stir until melts. Add peppers, tomatoes, and black-eyed peas. Heat thoroughly. Serve with tortilla chips.
