Cheesy Black-Eyed Pea Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 (16 oz) loaf process cheese spread, cubed
  • 2 jalapenos, seeded and chopped
  • 1 (10 oz) can tomatoes with chilies, drained
  • 2 (15.8 oz) cans black-eyed peas, drained

Directions

Sauté onion and garlic in margarine. Add cheese and stir until melts. Add peppers, tomatoes, and black-eyed peas. Heat thoroughly. Serve with tortilla chips.
