Ingredients

  • eggs
  • 3 ½ lbs. ground meat
  • salt
  • 1-16oz. sour cream
  • dried oregano
  • 2- can cream of mushroom soup
  • pepper
  • 1- container sliced mushrooms
  • bread
  • 1- large white onion
  • 1- package sliced Swiss cheese
  • flour
  • 1- head lettuce
  • garlic powder
  • 2- tomato
  • salad dressings
  • 1- package fresh wheat buns
  • salad fixing’s
  • 2- bag of salad
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • 1- 4 ½ oz. can diced green chili peppers
  • 1- bag tortilla chips
  • 1- small bunch fresh parsley
  • 1- 10oz. can red enchilada sauce
  • 1- 4 oz. shredded cheese (fiesta)
  • 1- loaf garlic cheese bread of choice
  • 1- package thin spaghetti noodles
  • 1- jars spaghetti sauce of choice
  • 1- container grated parmesan cheese

Directions

To Start Stacking:
  1. Soak 10 pieces of bread in 1 ¼ cups water 2 to 3 minutes. Add 5 eggs and mix well. Mix with 2 ½ pounds ground beef. Add ¾ cup grated parmesan cheese, 5 tbs. snipped parsley, 2 ½ tsp. salt, ½ tsp. dried oregano and dash pepper.
  2. Separate meat mixture in half. Make 6 beef patties from one half of mixture for meal #1.
    Continue with instructions for meal #1.
  3. Form meatballs with second half of mixture for meal #3.
    Place meatballs on a cookie sheet and bake in oven at 350 for 15-20 minutes.
    Let cool and place in a well marked freezer bag until time to prepare meal #3.
  4. In a skillet, brown the remaining 1 pound ground meat, add ½ cup chopped onion, cook until onion is tender.
    Let enchilada meat mixture cool and place in a well marked freezer bag until time to prepare meal #2.




Meal #1- Stroganoff Burgers with Garden Salad


What you will need: Six prepared stroganoff burgers


  • 3 eggs
  • 1 ½ pounds ground meat
  • ½ cup grated parmesan
  • 1- 8oz. sour cream
  • 1 ¼ tsp. salt
  • 1- can cream of mushroom soup
  • ½ tsp. dried oregano
  • 1- container sliced mushrooms
  • dash pepper
  • 1- large white onion (sliced into rings)
  • bread 1- package sliced Swiss cheese
  • salad dressings
  • 1- head lettuce
  • salad fixing’s
  • 1- tomato
  • 2 tbs. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1- package fresh wheat buns
  • 2 tbs. ketchup
  • 1- bag of salad



  1. Grill prepared patties (from let’s start stacking instructions) over hot
    coals 5-6 minutes, turn and broil an additional 5 minutes
  2. To prepare stroganoff topping:
    In skillet sauté onion and mushrooms until tender.
    In separate sauce pan combine cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, 2 tbs.
    Worcestershire and 2 tbs. ketchup. Heat through- do not boil.
  3. Assemble stroganoff burger: Layers- bun, patty, Swiss cheese, sauce, onions & mushrooms and top with
    bun. Garnish with lettuce and tomato if desired



Side dish: Serve with side garden salad.





Meal #2 Beef Enchilada Casserole


What you will need to get started: ½ pound prepared enchilada meat mixture.


  • 1 pound ground meat
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • 1- 10 ½ oz. can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1- 4 ½ oz. can diced green chili peppers
  • salad dressing
  • 1- 8 oz. sour cream
  • salad fixings
  • 1- bag tortilla chips crumbled
  • 1- 10oz. can red enchilada sauce
  • 1- 4 oz. package shredded cheese (fiesta)
  • 1- chopped tomato
  • 1- bag salad



  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In large skillet, re-heat enchilada meat mixture (from let’s start stacking instructions).
  3. Stir in ½ of the cream of mushroom soup and ½ of the red enchilada sauce, plus the undrained chili peppers.
  4. In small bowl stir together remaining cream of mushroom soup, enchilada sauce and sour cream.
  5. Spray casserole with non-stick spray.
    Place ½ of the crushed tortillas in the bottom of the dish; top with ½ of the enchilada meat mixture, ½ of the sauce from the reserves and top with cheese. Repeat layers.
  6. Cover and bake 30 minutes, sprinkle with cheese and bake uncovered an additional 5 minutes.


Top with diced tomatoes. Serve with side salad.




Meal #3: Italian Meatball Spaghetti with Garlic Cheese Bread


What you will need: Prepared Italian meatballs


  • 2 eggs
  • 1- pound ground meat
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan
  • 1- jar spaghetti sauce of choice
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1- loaf garlic cheese bread of choice
  • ¼ cup dried oregano
  • 1- bag salad
  • dash pepper
  • 1- package thin spaghetti noodles
  • bread
  • salad dressings
  • salad fixings


  1. Re-heat prepared Italian meatballs (from “to start stacking”
    instructions).
  2. In large sauce pan pour spaghetti sauce add meatballs to sauce and simmer 15-20 minutes.
  3. Prepare thin spaghetti noodles as directed on package.
  4. Prepare garlic cheese bread as directed on package.
  5. Serve with side salad and garlic cheese bread.
