A great appetizer your family can enjoy during the holidays or even just kicking back watching football!
3 lbs. fresh chicken wings
2 cup soy sauce
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup fresh orange juice
1 Tbsp. molasses
1 Tbsp. sea salt
1 Tbsp. black pepper
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1. In a large bowl mix sugar, soy sauce, orange juice, molasses, salt, pepper and oil. Blend mixture very thoroughly. Then, fold in chicken wings. Mix and cover. Refrigerate overnight, stirring 2 or 3 times.
2. In a 350° oven, bake wings on an oiled cookie sheet for 30 minutes. Run the wings back through the marinade and bake for 15 more minutes.
3. Serve with your favorite creamy dressing.
