- 6 boneless skinless chicken breast
- 6 slices of Swiss cheese
- 1 can sliced mushrooms
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c white wine
- 2 c herb stuffing mix
- 1 stick of butter
- Place chicken in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Top each piece with a slice of Swiss cheese. Top with mushrooms.
- Mix can of soup with wine and pour over chicken. Spread stuffing mix on top and drizzle with melted butter.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
