Ingredients

  • 1 T. crushed garlic
  • salad dressing (opt. side dish)
  • salad fixings (opt. side dish)
  • 5-6 lbs. chicken breasts
  • 1 lb. hot Italian sausage
  • 1 ½ lb. zucchini
  • 2 c. green pepper
  • 2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 can Italian peeled tomatoes
  • Minute rice
  • 2 cans chicken broth
  • 2 lbs. spaghetti noodles
  • 1 jar red spaghetti sauce of choice
  • 8 slices mozzarella cheese
  • 4 packets Good Seasons Italian dressing
  • 1 8oz. package cream cheese
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken soup
  • 1 can chicken broth
  • 1 can (4 oz.) mushrooms drained
  • 8 oz. frozen broccoli
  • 1 lb. linguini noodles
  • 1 bag salad (opt. side dish)
  • 1 loaf garlic cheese bread (opt. side dish)

Directions

Let’s Start Stackin’

  1. Cut chicken in pieces and place in the crock-pot.
  2. Mix the Good Seasons Italian dressing with chicken broth and lemon juice pour over the chicken.
  3. Cover and cook in Croc-Pot on high 3 hours or low 6 hours.
  4. Remove 6 cups of prepared Italian Chicken, cool. When cooled, divided
    chicken in half and store in well marked freezer bags for Meals #2 and Meal #3.
  5. Continue preparing Meal #1 as directed.


Meal #1: Italian Chicken in Mushroom Cream Sauce

  • 2 T. lemon juice
  • 4 boneless chicken breast halves
  • 2 packets Good Seasons Italian Dressing
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can (10 ½ oz.) condensed Cream of Chicken soup
  • 1 can chicken broth, ½ c.
  • 1 can (4 oz.) mushrooms, drained
  • 8 oz. frozen broccoli cuts
  • 1 lb. linguini, cooked and drained


  1. Cut chicken in pieces and place in the crock-pot.
  2. Mix the Good Seasons Italian dressing with ½ c. chicken broth and lemon
    juice, pour over chicken.
  3. Cover and cook in crock-pot on low 3 hours or high 6. (Let’s Start
    Stackin’)
  4. In a small mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and soup until blended.
    Stir in the mushrooms and pour the mixture over the chicken. Add broccoli cuts and cook for about 1 more hour. Serve the chicken sauce over the hot cooked linguini.


Meal #2: Mozzarella Chicken

  • Salad dressing
  • Salad fixings
  • 3 cups (1 ½ lbs.) prepared Italian Chicken (Let’s Start Stackin’)
  • 8 slices of Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 jar red spaghetti sauce of choice
  • 2 lb. spaghetti noodles, prepared
  • 1 loaf garlic cheese bread (opt. side dish)
  • 1 bag salad (opt. side dish)


  1. In large casserole dish place prepared Italian Chicken.
  2. Spoon red spaghetti sauce over chicken.
  3. Place a layer of Mozzarella slices over chicken.
  4. Bake at 350° until heated through (approximately 20-25 minutes)
  5. Serve over prepared spaghetti noodles with side salad and garlic cheese
    bread.


Meal #3: Italian Chicken and Sausage Casserole

  • salad dressing
  • salad fixings
  • 1 T. crushed garlic
  • 3 cups (1 ½ lbs.) prepared Italian Chicken (Let’s Start Stackin’)
  • 1 lb. Italian Sausage, cut into pieces
  • 1 ½ lbs. zucchini, cubed
  • 2 c. green pepper, cubed
  • 2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 large can Italian peeled tomatoes
  • 2 c. Minute rice
  • 2 c. chicken broth
  • 1 bag salad (opt. side dish)


  1. Brown sausage in skillet.
  2. Cook zucchini, green pepper, onion and garlic in oil from sausage for 10
    minutes.
  3. In large casserole mix 4 c. prepared Italian chicken, cooked vegetables,
    Italian peeled tomatoes, minute rice, and chicken broth.
    Cover and bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes (or until liquid is absorbed into rice).
