- 2-3 lb. lean chuck roast (cut into 1-inch cubes for beef tips)
- 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
- 1 can Campbell’s Golden Mushroom Soup
- 2 cups water, 7-Up or tomato juice
Place meat in 3-5 quart crock pot. Pour mushroom soup over meat and sprinkle onion soup mix on top. Add water. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
