All Seasons Yankee Pot Roast


  • 1-3 lb pot roast or beef roast
  • 1 c fresh cut celery
  • 1 c fresh cut carrots
  • 1 c fresh onions, quartered
  • 1 c fresh mushrooms
  • 2 T butter
  • 1 can beef broth
  • 1/2 c red wine
  • 2 T Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and Pepper to taste


Place pot roast in Dutch oven or large baking dish and add beef broth.
Pre-heat grill on medium heat. Place Dutch oven or baking dish on grill surface and cook for 15 minutes. Now add remaining ingredients to pot roast and cover entire dish with foil. Continue to cook on medium for another 20 minutes or until done. Serve with noodles and potatoes. Enjoy!
