All Seasons Smoked Stuffed Peppers


  • 4 green, yellow or red peppers
  • 1 lb ground chuck
  • 2 c cooked white rice
  • 6 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 can chopped tomatoes
  • 3/4 c Italian dressing


Cut off tops of peppers and discard top. Cut out seeds and trim inside of
pepper. Place peppers upright in food safe plastic bag. Pour in equal
amounts of Italian dressing. Let marinate. Brown meat and drain well to remove excess grease. Add remaining ingredients to mixing bowl and mix well. Drain dressing from peppers and discard dressing. Fill peppers with rice and beef mixture and place on foil
pan. Cook peppers on preheated grill surface and cook on Medium heat (275
degrees) for twenty minutes or until done. Enjoy!
