- 1 5-6 lb Turkey Breast, unskinned
- 4 T Honey Lemon Pepper
- 2 T olive oil
- 12 oz injection marinade of choice (recommended: garlic, ginger, teriyaki,
Wash and dry Turkey breast with paper towel and season with olive oil and
Lemon Pepper, coating the bird well. Inject marinade into breast. Place in
pan or V-rack and grill to an internal temp of 180 degrees. Enjoy!
