All Seasons Garlic Stuffed Pork Loin


  • 1-3lb center cut pork loin
  • 1 c Italian dressing
  • 12 cloves fresh garlic-peeled
  • 3 T Tammy's Herbal rub
  • salt to taste
  • 1 fresh lemon, sliced


Place pork loin in bowl or food safe plastic bag. Add Italian dressing to pork loin. For best results, marinate over night.

When ready to cook remove from marinade and discard marinade. Place pork loin on clean flat surface. With a butter knife make shallow holes in top of pork equal to amount of garlic you plan to insert. Begin pressing cloves into holes. Top pork with Tammy's Herbal Rub.

Pre-heat grill to medium heat and place pork loin in foil lined V-rack.
(The foil keeps bottom from drying out and is the real key to the success of the dish)

Cook pork for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until done. Allow meat to cool slightly before slicing into 1-inch thick wheels.
