- 4 center cut pork chops, cut thick
- 2 large, fresh whole ears of corn
- 1/2 c steak sauce
- 1/4 c brown sugar
- 1/3 c bourbon whiskey
- 2 T Worcestershire sauce
- 1 T Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp hot pepper flakes
Heat grill to medium heat. Lay chops on grill and cook 5 minutes per side.
Apply sauce as needed to coat surface of chops. Allow chops to reach internal temp. of at least 145 degrees before pulling off grill. Grill corn on medium heat until tender, serve with butter and salt.
Mix together all ingredients in medium bowl. Baste chops on grill.
