Smoky Salmon Spread

Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. (8 oz ea.) cream cheese, softened
  • 3 T lemon juice
  • 3 T milk
  • 1/2 tsp dill weed
  • 2 cans (6 oz ea.) canned salmon, drained
  • 1/3 cup green onion
  • 3 drops liquid smoke
  • French bread or crackers

Directions

In small mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, lemon juice, milk and dill weed.
Stir in salmon and green onions. Season with liquid smoke. Cover and
refrigerate for several hours to blend flavors. Serve with bread or
crackers.
