All Seasons' Lime and Tequila Chicken Tenders


  • 1-lb. chicken tenders
  • wooden skewers
  • juice of 2 limes
  • 1/4 cup Tequila
  • 2 T Grand Marnier
  • 1 T ground coriander
  • 1 T garlic paste
  • 2 chopped Serrano chilies
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 T brown sugar


Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 3 hours to prevent burning while grilling. Mix all ingredients in mixing bowl. Pour mixture over tenders in large food safe plastic bag, marinate in refrigerator overnight. Remove chicken from bag and discard remaining marinade. Place chicken on skewers and grill over medium heat for approx. 8 min., turning several times until done. Enjoy!!
