David Arms' Potato Salad

Ingredients

  • 1/3 c. green onions
  • 1/4 c. celery
  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tsp sweet pickle relish
  • 2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1 (14 1/2 oz) can sliced new potatoes, rinsed and drained
  • 1 c. sugar (optional)

Directions

Mix all ingredients but the egg and potato. Gently fold in egg and potato.
Cover and refrigerate. Allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes, better if overnight.
