Vincent's Bagels and Bites: Patriotic Pizza


  • Sugar cookie crust
  • 3 c. all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 c. butter or margarine
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. milk


Sift flour, baking soda and baking powder into small bowl. Set aside.

With an electric mixer, cream together butter, sugar and vanilla until the
mixture is light and fluffy. Add the egg and beat to mix well.

Add the flour mixture alternately with the milk to make a soft dough. Wrap
with plastic and chill for at least 30 minutes.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cover baking sheet or pizza pan with parchment
paper and spread cookie dough evenly over pan and bake for 10-12 minutes.

Remove from pan and parchment paper and let cool completely.

Pizza Topping Ingredients

  • 3 c. strawberry glaze
  • 3 c. fruit dip: 1/2 marshmallow cream, 1/2 cream cheese, blend well
  • 3-4 c. sliced strawberries

Spread strawberry glaze evenly over crust after cooled. Spread fruit dip
over strawberry glaze, leaving small portion of glaze showing around edges.
Place sliced strawberries on fruit dip, cover and chill until ready to
