Stuffed Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 2 thick cut bone in chops (approximately 1 1/2 - 1 inches thick)
  • 1 box stuffing mix
  • 1 yellow onion chopped
  • 1 stalk celery chopped
  • 1 apple peeled & chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Pocket pork chops using sharp knife. Mix stuffins with water, follow stuffing directions. Now add onion, celery and apple to mixture. Stuff into chops. Grill or bake on medium heat turning several times until done. Approximately eight minutes per side.
