All Seasons Grilled Chicken Wings


  • 3 lbs fresh chicken wings
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1 cup hot sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 6 jalapeno peppers, chopped fine (optional)


Rinse and pat dry the chicken wings. Spray each with cooking spray (or coat
with olive oil) and salt to taste. Grill chicken wings on medium heat for
approx. 10 minutes or until done, turning once. Remove from grill.
In Tupperware bowl with lid, combine 1 stick butter, hot sauce, honey and
jalapeno peppers and mix well. Add several wings to mixture and secure lid.
Shake and toss wings with sauce to coat. Serve with blue cheese and celery.
