- 2 c Bisquick
- 2/3 c milk
- 1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 c butter, melted
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Mix the Bisquick, milk and cheese until a soft dough forms; beat vigorously for 30 seconds. Drop the dough by spoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until golden brown. Mix garlic powder and butter; brush over the warm biscuits before removing them from the cookie sheet. Serve warm.
