All Seasons Reuben Sandwich


  • 1 package lean corned beef, sliced thin

  • 1 16 oz can sauerkraut, drained

  • 1 package sliced Swiss cheese

  • 1 bottle Thousand Island dressing

  • 10 slices rye bread

  • PAM vegetable spray


Place bread on cookie sheet and spray with PAM, turn over. Place slices of corned beef on dry side of bread. Layer with sauerkraut and Swiss cheese slices, top off with Thousand Island dressing and another slice of bread.

Bake at 250 degrees for 10 min, turning once.
