All Seasons Mushroom and Swiss Burger


  • 3 lbs fresh ground chuck
  • 8 slices semi-cooked bacon, chopped
  • 1 red onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced thin
  • 8 slices aged cheese


In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chuck, semi-cooked bacon, onion and
garlic. Mix well. Form into patties. Place on grill for approx. 5 minutes
per side. Once burger has been flipped and cooked until almost done on
second side, add mushrooms and cover with cheese. Remove from grill once
cheese is melted.
