Blasamic Vinegar Reduction



  • 34 ounces of good quality balsamic vinegar

  • 3/4 cup white wine

  • 3/4 cup brown sugar

  • 1/4 cup honey


Put vinegar in a sauce pan on med-high heat and reduce by half.
Add other ingredients and bring to a boil for approx. 2-3 min.
Cool completely and store in a mason jar in the fridge for up to 1 month.
The reduction is very, very versatile, try it on roasted meats, chicken , pasta, fruits, veggies, side dishes, salads and even desserts such as ice cream.!!!!!!
