Ingredients

  • Eggs
  • Mustard
  • Salt
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • Ketchup
  • Minced onion
  • Sugar
  • Garlic, minced
  • Olive oil
  • Oregano
  • Chili powder
  • 5-6 lbs. ground meat
  • 1 can (10 ¾ oz.) Cream of Mushroom soup
  • 1 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 1 can Crescent rolls
  • 2 Onions
  • 5 Tomatoes
  • 2 can (16 oz.) diced tomatoes
  • 2 can (16 oz.) tomato sauce
  • 1 can (4 ½ oz.) tomato puree
  • 1 can (15 oz.) Ranch style beans
  • Fritos®
  • 1 box instant rice
  • Sharp cheese
  • 1 head lettuce
  • 1 box (8 oz.) elbow macaroni
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Mozzarella cheese

How to Start Stackin’:

  1. In a large skillet, brown 3-4 lbs. ground meat, 2 cloves minced garlic, 2
    ½ chopped onions. Allow ground meat mixture to cool, divide in half and store in well marked freezer bags until time to prepare meals #2 and #3.
  2. With the remaining uncooked ground meat prepare Meal Stack #1 according
    to directions.

Directions


Meal Stack #1: Meatloaf Wellington

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 T. mustard
  • 2 T. instant minced onion
  • 2 T. salt
  • 2 T. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 T. ketchup
  • 1 can (10 ¾ oz.) Cream of Mushroom soup
  • 1 c. Ritz® crackers, crushed
  • 3 lbs. lean ground meat
  • 1 can Crescent rolls


  1. Combine all ingredients except for dough and press mixture into a loaf
    pan.
  2. Bake in a preheated 350° oven for 1 ½ hours.
  3. Cool in pan for 5 minutes. Drain off fat and invert meat loaf onto a
    cookie sheet.
  4. Separate dough into 4 rectangles. Overlap slightly on a pastry cloth or
    floured board to form a large rectangle. Roll out to form a 10 x 15-inch rectangle. Drape over meat loaf, covering all visible sides. Trim excess dough; it can be used to make a braided design on top. Brush top and sides with slightly beaten egg white.
  5. Bake in a preheated 325° oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.


Meal Stack #2: Fiesta Dinner

  • 2 T. chili powder
  • 1 ½ T. salt
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 2 lbs. prepared ground meat
  • 1 ½ onions, chopped
  • 1 can (16 oz.) tomato sauce
  • 1 can (16 oz.) tomatoes, diced
  • 1 can (4 ½ oz.) tomato puree
  • 1 can (16 oz.) ranch style beans
  • 1 bag Fritos®
  • 1 box instant rice, cooked
  • ½ lb. sharp cheese, shredded
  • 1 head lettuce, torn
  • 3 tomatoes, diced


  1. In a large skillet, reheat prepared ground meat.
  2. Add other ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes. Add water if needed.
  3. Layer the following ingredients on plates in this order: Fritos, Instant rice, Meat sauce, Sharp cheese, Torn lettuce, Tomatoes, On top place diced onion, pecans, olives, coconut, Picante sauce.


Meal Stack #3: Galumpous

  • 1 ½ t. salt
  • 1 T. sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 T. olive oil
  • ¼ t. pepper
  • 1 ½ t. oregano
  • 1 lb. prepared ground meat
  • 1 onion, minced
  • 1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
  • 1 can (19 oz.) tomatoes
  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) elbow macaroni
  • ½ c. Parmesan cheese, shredded
  • ½ lb. Mozzarella cheese slices


  1. Reheat prepared ground beef.
  2. Stir in tomato sauce, tomatoes, and seasonings. Cover and simmer 20
    minutes.
  3. Cook macaroni; drain. Arrange macaroni, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan
    cheese and meat sauce.
  4. Bake at 375° for 25 minutes.
