Baked Winter Squash

Ingredients

  • 1 med. butternut squash
  • 1 tbsp. applesauce
  • 1 tbsp. maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp. molasses
  • 2 tbsp. orange juice
  • 1/8 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon

Directions

Peel squash. Cut squash into slices about 1/2-in. thick and lay slices in baking dish.

Mix remaining ingredients. Pour over squash.

Bake at 350ºF. for 60 minutes, covered.
