- 2 lb ground chuck or sirloin, browned and drained
- 2 cans diced tomatoes with green chiles
- 2 cans golden corn
- 2 cans black beans
- 1 package dry ranch dressing mix
- 1 package taco seasoning mix
Combine all ingredients in slow cooker including juices from cans. Cook on low for 8-10 hours. Serve with tortilla chips and garnish with sour cream and fresh cilantro. This recipe is great for after the game or on a cold day.
