All Seasons Pot Roast With Mixed Vegetables

Ingredients

  • 1, 2-lb pot roast
  • 1 bunch fresh carrots
  • 1 bunch fresh celery
  • 1 yellow onion, sliced
  • 1 1/2 cup red wine
  • 3 T Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 cup beef broth
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Place pot roast in shallow baking pan. Add beef broth and wine, mix well.
Add remaining ingredients and cover with foil. Grill on medium heat and grill approx. 30 min, or until done.
