Fettuccine With Tomatoes, Basil, And Garlic



  • 1 Pound Spinach Fettuccine
  • 4 Large Tomatoes Chopped
  • 3t Olive Oil
  • 1t Dried Basil Or 21/2t Fresh Chopped Basil
  • 2-3 Cloves Of Garlic Crushed
  • Salt And Pepper To Taste
  • 1/2t Chilie Flakes (Optional)
  • 1/2 Cup Chicken Broth (Low Sodium)
  • Parmesan Cheese To Garnish


Cook Fettuccine According To Package Directions; Drain And Keep Warm.

Heat Oil In Large Fry Pan. Add Garlic, Cook For 1 Minute Stirring
Add Tomatoes, Salt, Pepper(S) Cook For 3 Minutes.
Add Cooked Pasta And Chicken Broth, Cook For 2-3 Minutes Or Until Heated
Platter And Garnish With Parmesan Cheese.
