Linguine Stir-Fry With Green Beans And Garlic



  • 1 Pound Linguine Un-Cooked
  • 2 T Olive Oil
  • 1 Pound Skinless, Boneless, Chicken Breast Cut Into Slivers
  • 1 Pound Green Beans Trimmed And Cut In Half. (Whole Frozen Works Well And
  • Cuts Cook Time)
  • 2 Red Bell Peppers Diced
  • 4 Cloves Of Garlic Minced
  • 1/4 Cup Teriyaki Sauce
  • 1 Cup Low-Sodium Chicken Broth


In A Large Non-Stick Wok Or Skillet,
Warm 1/2 Oil Over High Heat
Add Chicken And Stir- Fry Until Firm About 4 Min.
Remove Chicken And Set Aside
Add 1/2 Oil Reduce Heat To Medium
Add Green Beans And Heat Them Through
Add Bell Pepper Cook Five Min.
Add Garlic And Fry Approx 30 Seconds
Stir In Chicken Broth And Teriyaki Sauce
Heat To A Simmer
Add Chicken And Pasta And Toss
Serve Immediately
