Fresh Fruit Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 medium fresh peaches, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup honeydew melon cubes or balls
  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries
  • 20 red grapes, halved

Topping
  • 3 tablespoons fresh orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup fat-free or light sour cream or fat-free or light plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons light brown sugar

Directions

In a large bowl, gently stir together the fruit salad ingredients. In a small bowl, stir together the orange juice and 2 tablespoons brown sugar. Sprinkle over the fruit. Toss gently. Cover and refrigerate for about 2 hours or until thoroughly chilled. To serve, in a small bowl, stir together the sour cream and 2 tablespoons brown sugar. Spoon the fruit into glass desert bowls. Top with the sour cream mixture.
