Vincent's Bagels and Bites Cheeseball


  • 2 8oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, mild
  • 1 small green pepper, chopped
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 T seasoned salt
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 large bag pecan chips


Let cream cheese soften in bowl. Once softened, add remaining ingredients
and mix well by hand. Shape into ball form (This recipe will make one large
or two small cheeseballs). After shaping, place in covered container and
refrigerate. Allow cheeseballs to chill and marinate for at lest three
hours, but best if overnight. Right before serving, coat cheese ball with
pecan pieces. Place on platter and serve with crackers.
