All Seasons Smoked Ham with Pineapple and Cherries

Ingredients

  • 1, 8 lb ham, fresh shank
  • 1 fresh pineapple
  • 1 jar maraschino cherries

Directions

Prepare ham by placing rings of cored pineapple and cherries over surface of ham. Using water soaked toothpicks, place ham on foil covered V rack. Grill or smoke at 300 degrees for approx. 2 ½ to 3 hours or until internal temperature reaches 170 degrees.
