All Seasons Grilled Acorn Squash with Bacon and Brown Sugar


  • 2 large acorn squash, cut in half and seeded
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 ½ cup brown sugar
  • 8 slices smoked bacon


Place acorn squash on foiled pan. Fill cavity with butter and brown sugar. Add 2 strips of bacon to each squash and grill or bake on medium until soft, approx. 20 min.
